Dan’s Management Co. (Dunkin’ franchisee) is hiring at least for bakery/Customer-service positions in Rhode Island. Bakers prepare bakery goods, finish donuts, merchandise products, and assist with opening operations to meet the restaurant's opening time.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Responsibilities

• Produces bakery products and finishes donuts
• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment; POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
