Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is hiring a Production Operator to join a packaging line team. You will monitor workflow, ensure safety, quality and productivity while following SOPs and GMPs.

The role involves operating major equipment, assisting with preventive maintenance, and collaborating with mechanics to maintain uptime. Shift is Sun-Fri 11:00PM-7:00AM with a base hourly wage of $22.95–$24.50 and eligibility for a bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Able to read and follow SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operates at least one major piece of packaging equipment.
• Performs minor preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Supports mechanics and line technicians with planned maintenance.
• Completes daily safety checks, quality checks and housekeeping.
• Clears equipment jams and assists with changeovers and washouts.
• Adheres to SOPs, GMPs and safety policies.
