We are seeking a skilled Brake Technician to join our team at the West Chester, OH location. This role involves vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  1. Servicing delivery vans and DOT vehicles for scheduled preventative maintenance at a client site.
  2. Performing oil changes, tire services, inspections, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, and tire installations.
  3. Conducting advanced repairs and state inspections.
  4. Participating in training sessions, which may occur in a retail environment before working on client sites.
Basic Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience with DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and brake services.
  • DOT Brake Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Valid driver's license, meet DOT physical requirements, and be at least 21 years old.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • ASE Certification(s).
  • Experience diagnosing vehicles, electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel systems.
Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, paid weekly, with a $1 shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 4 pm - 2 am.
