Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring for a shift-based technician to service delivery vans and DOT vehicles at a client site, performing scheduled maintenance and tire services.

Responsibilities include line technician services, diagnostics, brake repairs, and preventive maintenance; advanced repairs and state inspections; and possible training in a customer retail environment before working on the client site.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience performing qualified DOT regulated inspections, preventative maintenance, and brake related services.
• Must have DOT Brake Certification, or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet DOT physical requirements, including being at least 21 years of age.
