KSI Auto Parts in Franklin, MA is seeking a Non-CDL Transfer Driver to deliver auto parts to warehouses and shipping centers. You will assist with loading/unloading and ensure timely, safe deliveries while following schedules and company policies.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a DOT medical card, lifting up to 50lbs, and the ability to work 2AM–12PM as needed. Strong communication and reliability are essential for coordinating with dispatch and ensuring accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• Experience driving a 26ft box truck or similar commercial vehicle.
• Possess a valid DOT medical card.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle loading/unloading.
• Strong communication and teamwork with dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26ft box truck to deliver auto parts to warehouses and shipping centers.
• Assist in loading/unloading the truck.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes for timely deliveries.
• Verify loads are secured and balanced before transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck.
• Assist in sorting parts daily.
