Goodyear in Hoover, AL seeks an automotive service technician to service delivery vans and perform routine maintenance on client-site fleets. Positions offer 4 or 5 day shifts, with evening start times and a shift differential.

You will handle oil changes, tire services, inspections, diagnostics, brakes, and preventive maintenance, with training for advanced repairs and state inspections at or near client sites."

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Servicing delivery vans for scheduled preventative maintenance at a client site.
• Perform oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes.
• Learn/train to do advanced repairs and state inspections.
• Training for this role may take place in a customer retail environment prior to working on the client site.
