Job summary

Stand-By Personnel, Inc. is seeking dependable Assemblers for a night-shift manufacturing role in Tulsa, OK. The position offers $21.00 per hour, Monday–Friday 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM with overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Full-time benefits apply to eligible employees. Responsibilities include assembling components, using hand tools, power tools, following production instructions, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and assembly skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
• Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work Saturdays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble manufactured components and products according to established work instructions and production specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other applicable assembly equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Measure, position, align, and secure components to ensure proper assembly.
• Read and follow production drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, visible defects, and overall quality.
• Identify and report damaged materials, incorrect components, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with material preparation, handling, and general production activities as needed.
• Maintain established productivity and quality standards throughout the shift.
• Keep workstations clean and organized while following all company safety procedures.
• Perform additional assembly and manufacturing responsibilities as assigned.
