Job summary

Virnig Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Assembler in Minnesota to perform final assembly of manufactured products and provide cross-training support for painting and shipping areas. The role requires forklift and hoist operation, adherence to ERP processes, and following written and verbal instructions on a daily basis.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and productivity, with opportunities to grow alongside an established manufacturing team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic math skills required.
• Forklift and hoist experience required.

Responsibilities

• Final assembly of manufactured product while maintaining quality standards.
• Performing electronic transactions necessary to ensure proper tracking of parts and inventory (ERP software, Build schedule etc.)
• Apply powder paint to products on a daily basis.
• Assist in loading and unloading the powered paint line.
• Use of Forklift (both electric and gas powered) and hoists as required.
• Detect faulty operation of equipment and notify supervisors when necessary.
• Ensure all safety policies are followed, wear personal protective equipment.
