Job summary

Smith & Wesson seeks an experienced security professional to supervise and develop a team of Security Officers. You will lead patrols, enforce badge procedures, and ensure safety across facilities while coordinating with HR for coaching and documentation.

The role requires prior security, military, or law enforcement background, strong English communication, and ability to work 3rd shift (11pm–7am). Expect a demanding but rewarding environment with protective responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years industrial security experience.
• High school diploma.
• Must pass background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Security Officers.
• Perform security patrols and enforce badge procedures.
• Prepare and review written reports (time cards, investigations, discipline).
• Provide training to new security staff and act as Officer-In-Charge when needed.
