GardaWorld Security Services is seeking an armed Response Security Guard in Midland, Texas. The role includes varied duties from customer service to patrols and surveillance, with a focus on agility and precision.

You will work a set schedule and engage in thorough reporting and incident response. Eligible candidates should hold a valid DL, a Level 2 license with potential Level 3 within 30 days, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver's License (DL) and a clear MVR.
• Level 2 license with ability to obtain Level 3 within 30 days of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
