Job summary

Park Place Cleveland is seeking safe, reliable drivers to provide transportation from our parking lot to the airport terminal and back, with a strong emphasis on passenger safety and comfort. This full-time position offers $12.00 per hour plus great tips.

Responsibilities include operating a shuttle bus safely, performing pre/post trip inspections, maintaining logs, assisting passengers with luggage, and delivering excellent customer service to riders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Valid driver\\'s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must obtain DOT Medical Examiner\\'s Certificate.
• Experience in customer service and safe driving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus safely and in compliance with traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers between park locations and airport terminal per routes/schedules.
• Maintain trip counts and required logs/documentation accurately.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance/safety concerns.
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable; provide courteous customer service.
