Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Production Coordinator for the night shift to serve as a liaison between input and output organizations, ensuring parts flow through production areas to meet deadlines and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating planning, managing shortages, and interfacing with engineers to release work orders. Basic qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ year of supply chain or manufacturing experience; preferred APICS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1+ years of supply chain or manufacturing experience.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create inventory requests based on production work orders and replacement parts.
• Maintain production schedules and coordinate planning and shortages.
• Ensure parts are handled per SpaceX specifications and protected.
• Interface with engineers on work order releases.
• Reconcile work order BOM quantities.
• Maintain data integrity in company systems.
• Assist with resolution of incorrect data driving demand or schedules.
• Verify material received against paperwork and part numbers.
