Job summary

MUSC Health - Columbia Medical Center Downtown is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Heart Failure ICU night team. This full-time, night shift role focuses on high-acuity inpatient care for complex cardiac disease with emphasis on heart failure management in the ICU.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited NP program with current/eligible APRN licensure.
• Completion of accredited PA program with current/eligible PA licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as FNP/ANP/AGACNP/ACNP or PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU, inpatient units, and outpatient clinic.
• Manage and coordinate care for patients with acute and chronic heart failure.
• Evaluate new and established patients.
• Assist with peer-to-peer approvals and care coordination.
