Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing partner, seeks an Advance Operator to join the facility’s work center. You will operate molding equipment, inspect parts, and ensure quality while stocking materials and supporting safe production.

Requirements include 2–3 years in manufacturing, ability to stand long hours, GMP familiarity, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing role.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and work instructions.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Good communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with PCs and SAP/Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Visually monitor the molding process and inspect product quality.
• Pack parts from injection molding and assembly machines.
• Stock materials at the machine (bags, supplies).
• Follow safety and quality programs and procedures.
• Read and follow operating policies, procedures, and FDA/OSHA requirements.
• Collaborate with others to maintain efficient production.
