Job summary

Virtua Medical Group is seeking an Administrative Supervisor for the Mount Holly location. This part-time night role involves taking hospital-wide administrative charge after hours and supervising the nursing team to ensure safe, compliant care.

The supervisor coordinates staffing, handles complaints, and communicates care standards to staff and patients. The ideal candidate has at least two years of clinical experience with some management background, a BSN or Bachelor’s degree, and an NJ RN

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
• 2 years management experience preferred.
• BSN or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• NJ RN License and BLS required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes administrative responsibility during non-business hours for the entire hospital and communicates information promptly.
• Provides general supervision of the nursing department during non-business hours.
• Ensures adequate staffing in the nursing department.
• Responds to customer complaints and questions.
• Sets expectations regarding care standards and quality of service.
• Manages crisis and emergency situations effectively.
