Qualifications

• Commercial janitorial cleaning experience required.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Comfort with biohazard cleanup and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, disinfectants, and OSHA safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial janitorial cleaning according to the scope of work.
• Lead, assist, and support the onsite cleaning team each shift.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure all scheduled work is completed.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify work meets standards.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Safely clean and disinfect biohazard incidents per OSHA and PPE rules.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and client requests to management.
• Train new employees on procedures, safety practices, and expectations.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and organized supplies.
• Communicate daily with management regarding operations and staffing.
