Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging Materials LLC is seeking an experienced 1st Pressman for a 12-hour night shift (6 PM–6 AM) in Camden, NJ. You will manage press operations, set up runs, ensure quality, and perform routine maintenance while communicating with the team and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on sheetfed press (Heidelberg experience is highly preferred).
• Knowledge of LAB color management and G7 experience.
• Experience with cGMP paperwork and process.
• Aqueous coating experience and UV experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the press process and 2nd operator.
• Set up press and maintain run accountability/time management.
• Maintain quality orientation.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
• Follow safety procedures when working with machinery and hazardous materials.
