Job summary

Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack in Forest Lake, MN is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team of 4–7 Officers during the overnight shift. You will direct training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure strong guest safety and compliance with procedures.

The role requires an A.A. Degree, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage incidents calmly. EMT certification is preferred; First Aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to train and supervise Security Officers; scheduling and policy development.
• Must be able to obtain Minnesota Racing Commission gaming license; EMT/First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred or obtainable within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing and scheduling to maintain appropriate security levels.
• Direct, train, evaluate Security Officers and manage performance.
• Review incident and activity reports and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
• Resolve customer and staff issues in line with SOPs; propose effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota Racing Commission rules and regulations.
• Provide ongoing training on SOPs, guest service, and emergency procedures.
• Submit daily activity reports and manage PTO/UTO in the attendance system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
