Job summary

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and maintain life safety standards.
• Investigate suspicious activity and report hazards.
• Respond to emergency, non-emergency, and alarm calls.
• Administer initial first aid per training.
• Learn systems and respond to fire alarms during drills.
• De-escalate conflicts and diffuse potentially violent situations.
• Unlock buildings after verifying IDs and policies.
• Monitor traffic and investigate suspicious or illegal activity.
• Document safety hazards and incidents in written/electronic formats.
