IHG Hotels & Resorts in Guam is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to safeguard the hotel, guests, and staff during the graveyard shift from 11pm to 7:30am. The role requires at least 5 years in security, with two years in a supervisory position, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security-related fields.

Competenze

• Excellent English reading, listening and writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and security software/systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Mansioni

• Patrol the hotel interior and perimeter, monitor security and safety, and report incidents to management.
• Record and report acts of willful neglect, unsafe practices, or security concerns.
• Coordinate with Department Heads and maintenance for safety equipment and repairs.
• Prepare reports for Security Manager and assist with departmental duties as assigned.
• Monitor staff movements and ensure proper use of exits and staff areas.
• Assist with budgeting and control of security-related expenses.
