Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking a Security Support Specialist for the Baptist South campus. This part-time, night-shift role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with additional on-call coverage as needed.

Responsibilities include operating visitor management, reviewing video surveillance, assisting with access controls, badge creation, extinguisher inspections, and data entry for parking violations under the Safety & Security leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior Security Officer experience preferred.
• Experience with visitor management, video surveillance, and access control is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Run visitor management systems for the Safety & Security department.
• Assist Security Officers with investigations by reviewing video surveillance and access logs.
• Assist with access control systems and checking in visitors.
• Create badges for the system.
• Conduct fire extinguisher inspections.
• Data entry for parking violations and support the Safety & Security department as directed by leadership.
