Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Access Control Officer for the Kendall area. The role requires working Sat-Sun 1800-0600 and Tue 2200-0600, providing security at assigned locations with emphasis on observation, reporting and post order compliance.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, enforcing site rules, and responding to emergencies. A clean background and valid license may be required by clients. Excellent customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Valid registration/permit/license required by the state of employment.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military or customer service highly desired.
• May require a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute security services per Post Order Manual and guidelines.
• Conduct walking, vehicular, golf cart or bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions or hazards.
• Perform site-specific duties such as customer service, loss prevention or lobby security.
• Write detailed incident reports and communicate with supervision as needed.
• Follow post orders, policies, and emergency procedures; maintain grooming and client service standards.
