Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years' security experience preferred in health care or two years of police experience.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum six hours training in Crisis Intervention.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment and prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and safety incidents.
• Monitor and manage parking facilities; assist in transportation of personnel and supplies as needed.
• Follow HR policies and procedures; operate within team guidelines and adapt to workload changes.
