The role protects patients, staff, visitors, and property by patrolling, monitoring cameras, and responding to incidents with strong customer service.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in security or related fields; healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrols facility and grounds to deter and detect unauthorized or suspicious activity.
• Assist visitors with directions and escort as needed.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and inspect property for risks.
• Investigate and document reports of safety concerns and security violations.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies to ensure safe resolutions.
• Secure property after hours and verify access points.
• Direct traffic and assist with crowd control during events or emergencies.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and law enforcement as needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain logs.
