The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, security experience, and excellent communication skills, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Security or police experience (2 yrs) preferred.
• College coursework in safety, security, or hospitality recommended.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and procedures for guests and colleagues.
• Conduct preventive patrols to deter crime and ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain high visibility and respond quickly to incidents.
• Assist in maintaining a peaceful, non-threatening atmosphere on property.
• Provide aid for individuals in danger or requiring medical attention.
• Respond to emergencies per property procedures and document incidents.
• Protect guest and employee information in reports and operations.
• Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports and support liquor-law compliance.
