We seek reliable individuals 18+ (21+ for armed roles), with a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a background check. CPR is preferred; drug screening and licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• Licensing requirements subject to state regulations.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food and beverage manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and control entry and exit in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-support areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate access-control records, complete required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
