Job summary

Q Center is seeking a Full Time Safety & Security Officer to protect guests and staff. You will patrol the property, monitor CCTV, inspect facilities, verify guests at Welcome Point, and staff the Command Center. Night shifts run 10:45pm–7:15am with variable days.

Starting rate is $19.00/hour. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, wellness credits, EAP, life/AD&D, disability benefits, and staff meals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous security work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certified in CPR/AED/First-Aid or ability to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and assist with building inspections.
• Verify guests and visitors at the Welcome Point and staff the Command Center.
• Provide first-line emergency response and escalation as needed.
