Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers per site access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Direct deliveries and contractors to designated areas and report suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site procedures and notify staff as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, and perimeter per site requirements.
