Job summary

Broadridge is seeking an Overnight Physical Security Console Operator for our South Windsor, CT facility. You will monitor CCTV, access control, and security records, and manage badge issues while ensuring site safety and asset protection.

Work hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Tuesday, with on-site assignment and potential overtime. The role requires strong communication, vigilance, and basic PC skills, with CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Security and Facility personnel.
• Must be vigilant, reporting any security issues or incidents.
• Knowledge of filing and phone courtesy is required.
• Basic computer skills: typing and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the physical security of the site in regards to protection of assets and personnel
• Supervising and controlling personnel access into the facility
• Monitoring and reporting event alarms and CCTV, ID/badge issues, and security records
• Responding to, evaluating, and resolving alarms at the console monitoring station
• Conducting roving patrol inspections and notifying appropriate Broadridge authority of issues
• Keeping the Security Management Team informed of security matters and performing additional duties
• Ability to work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Fri-Tue with overtime; occasional travel
