Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking a Security Officer for night shift to safeguard residents and staff while upholding facility security programs. You will assist with day-to-day security operations, ensuring safety standards across state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities include identifying exit-seeking residents, providing redirects, and notifying the leadership team as needed to maintain a secure environment. A high school diploma and security experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of verifiable security experience; training in security procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Security Officer will assist with the day-to-day functions of the facility's security programs in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards to assure that resident and employee safety can be maintained at all times.
• This is a Night Shift role. The primary purpose of this role will be to help identify potential residents that are exit seeking and assist with redirection while notifying the leadership team.
