• Patrol premises to maintain safety and security and enforce protocols.
• Document findings and incident reports accurately.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify identifications.
• Assist with client care and de-escalate situations as needed.
• Report concerns to clinical or supervisory staff promptly.
