Job summary

GRBS Inc. is hiring a 3rd shift custodian for Wayland Union Schools in Michigan. The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and leadership experience.

You will clean classrooms and common areas, maintain restrooms, and follow established GRBS procedures to ensure a safe, clean environment for students and staff. Hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00pm–6:30am, totaling 40 hours per week, with a weekend shift once a month.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Background restrictions: Michigan public schools policy excludes individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS processes and procedures.
• Communicate with respect to all teammates and customers.
• Finish tasks according to the building map and shift requirements.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash and other cleaning duties as assigned.
