Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is hiring a custodian for Wayland Union Schools on the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am) full-time.

The role requires reliability, leadership experience, and ability to work 40 hours weekly on a Monday–Friday schedule with one weekend per month. Primary duties include mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal, following GRBS processes, and maintaining a clean, safe school environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Michigan school district rules may apply to background checks.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Mopping, Dusting, Cleaning restrooms, Removing trash.
