Dessert Holdings is seeking a Sanitation Worker in Aurora, CO to perform eight steps of sanitation, following all food safety policies and GMP. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in a hot, cold, wet, and dry environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow GMP policies and procedures.
• Work cooperatively with sanitation and other departments.
• Follow SSOPs including the eight steps of sanitation.
• Frequently lift hoses, equipment and chemical containers.
• Learn how to clean and sanitize food production equipment and environment.
• Perform all work duties as assigned.
