Job summary

The Pictsweet Company is seeking a Sanitation Specialist for the Ogden, UT facility. The role focuses on keeping production areas clean and orderly, following GMP and HACCP procedures, and completing daily compliance paperwork.

Responsibilities include cleaning production lines, floors, drains, and equipment with steam and water, sanitizing rooms, and maintaining the Master Cleaning Schedule. The position requires ability to work a 2:00am–6:00am shift and lift up to 50 pounds in a cold

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to read safety rules and procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and/or steam clean all parts of production lines, including dumpers, belts, tables, ladders, buckets, scales and pocket elevators.
• Clean floors and drains using hoses, brooms and squeegees.
• Steam clean floors and sanitize machines, walls and floors.
• Wash grates, drains and other equipment.
• Return steam cleaner to maintenance area for PM weekly.
• Clean and sanitize pump and chemical rooms.
• Complete all compliance paperwork daily.
• Clean offices, bathrooms, hallways, dock and other common areas.
• Sign off on Master Cleaning Schedule and adhere to SOPs and HACCP procedures.
