The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of commercial pest control experience, an active Branch 2 Field Representative License, and exceptional problem-solving skills. This role involves managing client relationships with professionalism and overseeing operations at various locations throughout the night. Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain an AIB certification.
• 3+ years of strong commercial pest control experience.
• Active Branch 2 Field Representative License.
• Strong rodent control experience.
• 5 years driving history with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead team briefing and review evening objectives.
• Check route and ensure all necessary supplies are loaded.
• Oversee unloading process at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards during interactions with staff.
• Compile reports on the night's activities to hand off to the day team.
