877 BUG FREE, LLC is seeking a Pest Control Technician-Route Manager to inspect and service commercial buildings for signs of pest infestation, advise owners on treatment options, and provide pest control solutions.

The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and knowledgeable about various pests and their habitats. This role is 99% commercial service, with training and opportunities for growth within a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pest Control Technician or in a similar position.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, crawl in small spaces, and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to follow detailed safety protocols when handling pesticides.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed records of payments and chemicals used.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior of buildings for signs of infestation.
• Determine pest types and best treatment options.
• Measure the size of areas to be treated.
• Create and present bids with estimated costs of services.
• Implement pest control methods to treat areas.
• Safely apply pesticides.
