Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• If Bachelor's degree is non-nursing, MSN required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, Basic Life Support, and ACLS/PALS/NRP as required.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and leadership to the patient care units.
• Coordinates staffing and nursing assignments for current and oncoming shift.
• participates in hourly rounding and ensures compliance with hospital policies.
