Job summary

Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Rehab Unit (Nights, 7pm-7am). The RN coordinates direct patient care, educates patients and families, and leads the patient care team on a small 8-bed unit.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients relearn daily living skills and return home after acute hospitalization. Requirements include Virginia RN license or eligibility, 1+ year RN experience, ADN required with BSN preferred,

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Virginia or eligible to be licensed.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• ADN required, BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate direct patient care on a busy unit.
• Serve as a leader of the patient care team and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver high quality patient care and support patient recovery goals.
