Compass Health seeks a Registered Nurse for its 16-bed Evaluation & Treatment Facility in Everett, WA. The RN provides direct care to adults with psychiatric emergencies in an inpatient setting during the NOC shift, following WA nursing practice standards.

The role emphasizes clinical guidance, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license.
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing services and clinical assessment per WA Nurse Practice Act.
• Administer medications and manage the medication delivery system.
• Coordinate with medical providers and supervise on-shift clinical guidance.
