Job summary

UnityPoint Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift position in Madison, WI. The role supports patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within hospital policies and care standards.

The RN will supervise delegated nursing acts and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. A BSN is preferred; a Wisconsin RN license and CPR certification are required or eligible within 3 months.

Qualifications

• BSN required; other nursing degrees may be considered on an individual basis.
• Current Wisconsin RN licensure.
• CPR certification, or eligible within 3 months of hire.
• Available for orientation during first 2 weeks on day shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as per nursing standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with the care team.
• Supervise delegated nursing acts and collaborate with physicians.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
