UCHealth in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a Night Shift RN for the NICU Neonatal Care department. This on-site full-time position requires RN licensure, NICU experience, and BLS/NRP certification. The role offers a Night Shift Incentive Program and a competitive hourly pay range.

You will work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, providing direct patient care using standardized nursing processes, and supporting wellness and evidence-based practice in a high-acuity setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with license in Colorado.
• 6 months Women and Infants nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff or learners.
• Maintain safety and quality of care at the point of care.
