Wellstar Health System is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Mother Baby unit at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia. This FT night shift (7pm-7am) role supports an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting governed by Wellstar standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire (BLS, NRP/NRP-I, RN license).
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations.
• Partners with patients and families using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds to align goals with care.
• Maintains current clinical practice standards and participates in shared governance.
