Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit in Lakewood Ranch, FL. The role focuses on postpartum care for mothers and newborns with a patient- and family-centered approach.

Experienced RNs (1+ year in mother-baby, postpartum or L&D) with ADN or higher, active license, BLS/NRP, and EMR proficiency are encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time night shifts are available with strong hospital benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license (unencumbered).
• 1+ year experience in mother-baby/postpartum/labor & delivery preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patient- and family-centered care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns in the postpartum period.
• Administer medications and monitor maternal and newborn vitals.
• Provide emotional support and education on infant care, breastfeeding, and self-care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians and other providers for coordinated care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per hospital policy.
