Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to provide high-quality nursing care as part of the patient care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining a positive, supportive environment.

The RN will participate in performance improvement, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support shared governance through council activities. Licensure and BLS certifications are required at hire.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• RN licensure (state) or compact license is required.

Responsabilités

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates patient conditions and contributes to care plans.
• Delivers care per the plan and documents changes and outcomes.
• Communicates patient care plans with the team and family when appropriate.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and patient safety.
• Mentors and develops other nurses and participates in shared governance.
