The RN will provide professional nursing care for the 5 South unit, leveraging the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including discharge planning and family education. Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required (MI RN)
• American Heart Association BLS required
• Nursing knowledge across acute care and telemetry settings
• Experience with patient-family centered care and discharge planning

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
