Join Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Med/Surg 4 – General. This full‑time 16‑bed unit provides care for patients with chronic illnesses, requiring strong nursing judgment and teamwork.

The role involves nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with weekend and holiday rotations, collaborative work with RNs, CNAs, and LPNs, and opportunities to grow clinically in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication.
