Job summary

AdventHealth in Overland Park, KS seeks a Registered Nurse for a PRN night shift. You will assess patients, document data, and implement care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient’s level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data accurately.
• Develops and updates individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Communicates with patients, families, and staff to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Performs hand hygiene and follows PPE procedures.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
