The RN will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and participate in life-saving interventions as needed, while maintaining infection control and safety standards across units.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Documents patient care thoroughly in the medical record.
