Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Resource Team/Float Pool at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time position covers night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) with a 36-hour work week and opportunities to learn across unit needs.

The role involves patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Applicants should hold an Associate's degree or BSN and Illinois RN licensure, plus CPR certification, with benefits including competitive pay

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families and health care teams.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on learning needs.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains current nursing practice knowledge and compliance with standards.
